Now that you have a good idea at what you are able to comfortably spend on your home, it is time to select a home that will fit within your price range and onto your property meeting all your local permitting requirements. You can pick up a permitting package for guidelines at your local parish/county government office.

Where can I find a house plan?
We have over 300 floorplans available for viewing. Newmark offers best seller house plans through our Systems Built Technology. Most of these can be altered to fit your specific needs or they can be ordered as is.
